Purpose
LumaGrid is intended for lawful websites, applications, APIs, webhooks, workers, bots and related small-project workloads that fit an approved tariff.
Illegal and harmful activity
You must not use LumaGrid for unlawful content or services, threats, exploitation, trafficking, prohibited sexual content, fraud, deceptive impersonation, intellectual-property infringement or activity that violates sanctions or court and authority orders applicable to the service.
Security abuse
Malware, phishing, credential theft, botnets, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized scanning or intrusion, exploit distribution, persistence tools, evasion services and attempts to access other accounts or platform systems are prohibited.
Messaging and spam
Unsolicited bulk messages, purchased or scraped contact lists, deceptive campaigns, address harvesting and attempts to bypass provider or recipient protections are prohibited. You must maintain lawful permission and suppression processes for messaging workloads.
Resource abuse
You must remain within tariff limits and must not create excessive CPU, memory, storage, network, database or support load, interfere with shared infrastructure or evade metering. Cryptocurrency mining and similar sustained resource extraction are prohibited unless expressly approved in a separate contract.
High-risk use
Safety-critical, weapons, medical diagnosis, regulated financial, gambling, adult, mass-surveillance, political influence and other high-risk workloads are not accepted by default and may be refused or require documented review.
Your security
You must protect access tokens and credentials, patch your application where responsible, follow third-party platform rules, and promptly address vulnerabilities or abuse linked to your service.
Enforcement
LumaGrid may ask for information, rate-limit, isolate, suspend, preserve evidence or terminate a workload depending on urgency and risk. Serious or credible illegal activity may be reported to providers or authorities as required.
Appeal
You may provide evidence of remediation or error through support. Reinstatement is not guaranteed where the risk, law or provider restriction remains.
