Provider: DELISOFT - FZCO, Trade Licence No. 29073.
Status
This policy applies to the standard LumaGrid catalog unless your accepted order gives you more specific rights.
Cancellation
You may withdraw an unpaid order request at any time. After activation, you may cancel future renewal through your account or Support; the service continues until the end of the paid period unless the accepted order or mandatory law provides otherwise.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility depends on mandatory law, the accepted tariff, service usage, completed setup work, third-party costs, abuse history and whether LumaGrid failed to provide the accepted service. Requests require the account email and invoice reference.
Provider and domain fees
Domain registration, licences, external provider charges, migration work and custom setup may be non-refundable once ordered or completed, but this must be disclosed before purchase and cannot override mandatory rights.
Service failure
If an accepted service cannot be delivered, LumaGrid will offer an appropriate remedy such as correction, replacement, price reduction, credit or refund according to the tariff and mandatory law.
Consumer withdrawal
Where a consumer has a statutory withdrawal right, LumaGrid will provide the required information and method. Immediate digital-service performance will begin only with any express request or acknowledgement required by applicable law. The exact flow must be reviewed for the selling jurisdictions.
Service credits
SLA credits, if offered, are calculated separately from refunds and apply only to tariffs that publish a credit schedule.
Payment disputes
Contact support promptly so your invoice, bank-transfer reference, service history and requested remedy can be reviewed. This does not remove any lawful right to raise a dispute with the relevant financial institution or authority.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this document removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer, data-protection or other mandatory law.
