The controller for website accounts, orders, billing and support data is DELISOFT - FZCO, DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Privacy requests may be submitted through the LumaGrid privacy form.
Data collected
LumaGrid may collect identity and contact details such as name, email address and phone number, organization and billing information, account credentials in protected form, order and invoice records, support messages, abuse reports, service metadata, domain information, device and security logs, consent records and form submissions.
Data you host
When you use LumaGrid to host personal data for your own purposes, you are normally the controller and LumaGrid is a processor acting under the data processing addendum. LumaGrid may separately act as controller for security, billing, legal and platform-administration records.
Purposes
Data is used to create and secure accounts, evaluate and accept orders, deliver hosting, process billing, issue invoices, communicate service events, provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, protect the platform, meet legal duties and improve service reliability.
Legal bases
Depending on the person and jurisdiction, processing may rely on contract performance and pre-contract steps, legal obligations, legitimate interests in secure and reliable operations, consent for optional marketing or cookies, and establishment or defense of legal claims.
Payments
Orders are paid by bank transfer. LumaGrid stores your order, invoice reference, reconciliation status and necessary accounting records. It does not ask you to submit card numbers, online-banking credentials or one-time codes.
Sharing
Data may be shared with infrastructure, banking, email, monitoring, support and security providers, professional advisers and competent authorities only when needed for the stated purpose, the agreement or law. Providers processing your data on our behalf are governed by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms and are disclosed on the subprocessor page where applicable.
International transfers
Hosting and support may involve countries different from yours. LumaGrid will identify production locations and use legally required transfer safeguards before transferring protected personal data across borders.
Retention
Account, order, invoice, support, security and consent records are retained for periods tied to service delivery, legal accounting requirements, dispute limitation, fraud prevention and security. Data you host follows the DPA and post-termination deletion window. A final retention schedule must be approved before launch.
Security
Controls include encryption in transit, salted password hashing, access control, audit records, secret-handling rules, backups where contracted, incident response and supplier review. Access is limited to personnel and providers who need it for their role.
Rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and review of certain automated decisions, and may complain to a competent authority. Identity verification may be required.
Marketing
Optional marketing requires a separate choice. Operational emails about accounts, payments, security and active services are not marketing. LumaGrid will not treat a public email address as consent to receive promotional messages.
Children
LumaGrid is a business hosting service and is not directed to children. Accounts must be opened by persons with legal capacity or authorized organizational representatives.
Cookies
The cookie notice explains essential browser storage and the treatment of non-essential analytics. LumaGrid does not use advertising cookies and does not enable non-essential analytics without the required choice.
