Provider: DELISOFT - FZCO, Trade Licence No. 29073.
Purpose and scope
This policy explains the rights that apply to the LumaGrid website and service materials, your responsibility for material you place on the service, and the process for reporting suspected copyright infringement.
LumaGrid materials
Unless another owner is identified, the LumaGrid brand, original website text, graphics, interface, documentation and other materials created for the service are owned by or licensed to DELISOFT - FZCO. Access to the website or a hosting service does not transfer these rights to you.
Permitted use
You may view and use LumaGrid materials only for evaluating, ordering and using the service or as otherwise allowed in writing. You must not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, remove ownership notices from, or create derivative commercial material from protected LumaGrid content without the relevant rightsholder’s permission.
Your material
You keep your rights in the code, content, files and data you submit. You grant LumaGrid only the limited rights required to host, transmit, back up, troubleshoot and protect that material while providing your service. You must have the rights or permissions needed for everything you submit.
Prohibited infringement
You must not use LumaGrid to store, publish, transmit, make available or promote material that infringes copyright or related rights. This prohibition also covers tools or instructions whose primary purpose is unauthorized access to protected material.
Submitting a notice
Use the Report abuse form if you believe material available through a LumaGrid service infringes your copyright. Identify yourself and provide reliable contact details, identify the protected work, give the precise URL or service location of the material, explain the claimed infringement, confirm your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, confirm that your notice is accurate and that you are the rightsholder or authorized to act, and include your typed or electronic signature.
Review and action
Delisoft may request additional information, preserve relevant records, restrict or remove access to the reported material, notify the account holder, or suspend a service when the available information and applicable law justify action. Delisoft does not determine disputed ownership where a competent authority or court must decide it.
Response and correction
If your material is restricted following a copyright notice, you may respond through Support. Identify the affected material and its location, explain the rights, licence, permission, exception or error you rely on, provide accurate contact details, and sign the response. Access is restored only when Delisoft reasonably concludes that restoration is appropriate and lawful.
Repeated or serious infringement
Repeated, deliberate or serious infringement may result in restriction or termination under the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Urgent legal orders and valid provider requirements may require immediate action.
False or incomplete notices
Do not knowingly submit false claims or conceal material facts. Incomplete notices may delay review. You are responsible for the accuracy of your notice or response and for any liability created by a knowingly false submission.
Contact and safe submission
Use Report abuse for a copyright notice and Support for a restriction affecting your account. Include only information relevant to the request. Do not submit passwords, private keys, online-banking credentials or one-time codes.
Applicable law
This policy is applied under the copyright and related-rights laws in force in the United Arab Emirates and any other mandatory law that applies to the reported material, service or parties.
