Reports
Reports should identify the URL or service, observed conduct, time, evidence and reporter contact. LumaGrid does not require reporters to send passwords, private keys or unrelated personal data.
Triage
LumaGrid prioritizes credible immediate threats, malware, phishing, credential theft, exploitation, child-safety issues, violent threats, active intrusion and provider or authority notices.
Review
LumaGrid may inspect service metadata and relevant hosted material, ask you for information, preserve records, isolate a service or consult providers and advisers. Reports are evaluated for credibility, scope, urgency and applicable law.
Action
Possible actions include no action, a notice to you, content restriction, rate limiting, credential rotation, temporary isolation, suspension, termination, evidence preservation and referral where legally required.
Notice and appeal
Where lawful and safe, you will receive the reason and a remediation path. You may provide evidence of error or correction. LumaGrid may withhold details that would create risk, violate confidentiality or interfere with an investigation.
Reporter privacy
Reporter details are used to investigate and communicate about the report and may be disclosed only where necessary or legally required.
