Scope
This page identifies third parties that process your personal data on behalf of LumaGrid. A provider used only for a specific accepted workload is disclosed in your order or its data-processing annex before the provider receives data you host.
Service categories
Relevant categories may include managed runtime infrastructure, transactional email, monitoring, support, error tracking and contracted backup or object storage. The financial institution receiving a bank transfer acts under its own legal obligations and is not a website payment processor.
Information disclosed
For each applicable provider LumaGrid discloses the legal name, service purpose, relevant data, processing location or region and provider privacy or data-processing information.
Changes
You receive reasonable advance notice of a material new subprocessor when required by the DPA. A documented data-protection objection is reviewed in good faith and may result in an alternative, a service change or termination rights under the agreement.
Order-specific providers
If the public list does not name a provider needed for your workload, that provider must be identified in the accepted order before it processes personal data you host.
